Leaf 1 gives the header 'Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy / Archive / Summer 2019 Edition', then 'Quine's New Foundations / First published Wed Jan 4, 2006; substantive revision Tue May 22, 2018', and the text begins immediately: 'Quine's system of axiomatic set theory, NF, takes its name from the title ("New Foundations for Mathematical Logic") of the 1937 article which introduced it', followed within three lines by the axiom of extensionality set as display mathematics.
On moss2018nonwellfounded, also an SEP entry, the opening paragraph is a genuine preamble -- 'This entry is about two kinds of circularity...' -- and was declined because it is the entry's own first paragraph rather than a labelled abstract. Here there is no preamble at all: the entry opens on its subject matter and is doing mathematics by the fourth line. So this record is a plainer case than that one, and the copy is an archived edition page rather than the live entry, which is why it carries an 'Archive / Summer 2019 Edition' banner.
