The 1968/69 NATO software engineering conferences: both reports, and his own retrospective on them twenty-seven years later. A fourth record on reliability issues in computing system design arrived under the abbreviated spelling, which separated the reliability work from the software-crisis work entirely; the spellings are now joined. One copy is the whole 61-page Dagstuhl volume rather than his five-page contribution at 37--41.
