Matthieu Moy
Matthieu Moy -- Lyon and Grenoble. Four records, none first-authored by him, all between 2023 and 2026: the transistor-level electrical rule checking line.
**This set is short on purpose, and the reason is worth stating.** The corpus already holds oulkaid and ferres, person sets for the two first authors, and the oulkaid description gives the full account of what this line does and why it matters -- including the industrial CIFRE arrangement between Lyon LIP, Grenoble Verimag and the vendor Aniah, and the thesis oulkaid2025modeles, which is single-authored and therefore appears in none of the co-author sets. **That account is not repeated here.** A fourth essay on the same four papers would be duplication wearing a different name.
2023 ferres2023electrical electrical rule checking recast as satisfiability 2024 oulkaid2024transistor a transistor netlist given a relational semantics, discharged with an SMT solver 2025 ferres2025survey the survey of transistor-level electrical rule checking 2026 oulkaid2026modeling three modelling choices compared, and the unsoundness of one traced to its shape
**What this set adds that the first-author sets cannot.** Read across the four records, the author list resolves into roles. Moy, raymond and Mehdi Khosravian are on all four. Ludovic Henrio and Gabriel Radanne are on the first three and **not** on oulkaid2026modeling. Ferres and Oulkaid alternate as first author. That is a doctoral programme with a constant supervisory core and a rotating driver, and it is invisible from any single record and from either first-author set -- which is precisely why the queue flagged these names as ones the corpus leans on while saying nothing about them.
**The qualification that must travel with any mention of this line**, stated here because a reader may arrive at this set first: the thesis finds the semantics closest to SPICE unsound, and oulkaid2026modeling traces that to the quarter-plane shape of the approximation and proposes a conservative envelope as the fix -- future work, not done. The bare unsoundness claim should never be repeated without it.
Nothing here should be read as a survey of Moy's work. His SystemC and embedded-systems research is not represented in this corpus at all; this set records only where this bibliography leans on him.
